The Osborne Park Bowling Club is a licensed venue and does not permit guests to bring their own alcohol or other refreshments except tea/coffee.

Osborne Park Club Policy

Any function at the Club must cease before midnight Monday to Saturday, and by10pm Sunday. 

At the completion of your function, the facilities used must be left in a clean and tidy condition. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any personal property used at the club is adequately insured.  While the club will endeavour to ensure the safety of all equipment and personal belongings, no responsibility for any damage or theft will be accepted.

Any decoration of the Clubhouse must only be carried out with materials that will not damage the paint work fixture and fittings.
The Bowling Greens are “OUT OF BOUNDS” to all hirers unless the function is for a bowls event and has been approved by the Osborne Park Bowling Club Management Committee.

Should any Osborne Park Bowling Club member or employee be called out due to the negligence of the hirer, there will be a call out fee.
As part of the Responsible Service of Alcohol compliance, the club reserves the right to refuse service to any patron considered to be intoxicated.  No persons under the age of 18 are allowed on the premises unless accompanied by at least one parent.  No guest is allowed to leave the premises while in possession of any unopened alcohol.
 
SMOKING REGULATIONS:
The inside premises of the club are totally non-smoking.  Smoking is permitted outside the club rooms in designated areas.
 
BOND:
Selected functions will require a bond to be paid prior to the event.  The bond is to guarantee that the host will ensure all guests adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the club.  The bond is fully refundable should the above Terms and Conditions be fully satisfied.
The persons holding the function will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of their guests.    The club reserves the right to intervene at its discretion.
 
CANCELLATION FEES:
Cancellations, although sometimes unavoidable, should be relayed to the club as early as possible.  In the unfortunate event that a confirmed function is cancelled, fees based on the following table will be incurred:
 
At least 35 days prior to function date Full refund less $50 administration fee Less than 35 days prior to function date Hire Fee will be non-refundable Less than 14 days prior to function date Fees to the value of 100% of the expected function profit will be charged (as estimated by the Osborne Park Bowling Club)
 
 
I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions above, and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.   I also understand that the management of the Osborne Park Bowling Club has the right to stop a function at any time if they feel that any part of these Terms and Conditions are not being fully complied with.
 
 
The Osborne Park Bowling Club reserves the right to cancel any function booking at its discretion.
